The solutions of Eturnity AG are used throughout Europe. Among other countries, the solar solution has also been integrated in Sweden. MEASOL AB was one of the first in Sweden to use both the solar calculator and solar expert and were able to achieve their set goals.

Success for company and end customers

The aim of co-founder, Dennis Nilsson, of MEASOL AB was primarily to save time and money, but also to simplify processes for their end customers as much as possible. Through Eturnity, the company based in Tumba, Sweden has achieved this goal.

“By May 2020, we have already been able to take in about 80 percent of the total turnover from the previous year, but another advantage is the time saved, which we can now invest differently. The feedback from customers is also positive. Eturnity’s solution is professional, but easy,” according to the co-founder of the Swedish energy company.

Despite the knowledge of small difficulties that arise when working together across national borders and language barriers, the entire digital project process and communication went very well. These are great reasons for Eturnity and MEASOL AB to continue working together in the future.

There is no comparable software in Sweden

Even though the Swedish energy company would like to make a few adjustments, it is already clear that the Eturnity solar solution could give MEASOL an advantage over the competition: “The software is one of the best we have ever worked with. There is no comparable one in Sweden that is so open regarding the different manufacturers of PV modules. We especially appreciate the component library of the Eturnity solar expert. It simplifies our work a lot,ˮ says Nilsson.

Nevertheless, MEASOL still needs to make adjustments in a next step: “We still have to improve our database, we could not do that yet. We also want to set up the solar calculator in a way that it is as user-friendly and informative as possible for our customers. If we do something wrong here, it will make it more difficult for the end customer.”

MEASOL AB is one of the first Swedish energy companies to use both the Eturnity solar calculator and the Eturnity solar expert. The experience gained from the project implementation was very valuable for Eturnity AG for future cooperation with international companies: ” Especially at the beginning, we had to do a lot of testing and have discussions to make sure that the simulation correctly took into account the conditions in Sweden. There was also a lot to do in terms of translations. But, in the end, we were able to implement all this together very well and gained valuable experienceˮ, Doris Frehner concludes. She worked closely together with the Swedish company, especially in the support area.
