After six years of working at Eturnity AG, our CTO, Peter Novotny, will say goodbye in June. His role in the management team will be taken over by Philipp Eisenring, who started with Eturnity a few weeks ago.

Thank you, Peter Novotny

We would like to thank Peter Novotny, who started six years ago to put the idea of Eturnity software into practice. Where we are as a company today is largely thanks to him. He thanks us and reflects once again on his work at Eturnity:

“Since April 2015, I have been working side by side with Eturnity managing director and CEO, Matthias Wiget. Together, we have laid the foundation of our company. Over the past six years, we have seen our vision for Eturnity become a reality. A big thank you goes out to everyone who has helped us make Eturnity what it is today. It makes me very proud to have played my part in getting Eturnity off the ground. Over the years, we have been able to assemble a fantastic team and refine our amazing product with outstanding results.

My decision to leave the company we founded together came after careful consideration. I would now like to explore new avenues and develop personally. I am convinced that Eturnity will continue to play a growing role in the distribution of renewable energy and help to reduce costs in this regard.

With the continued vision and leadership of Matthias Wiget and the addition of Phillipp Eisenring as Eturnity’s Head of Product Development / CTO, as well as the entire management team, the future of Eturnity is in very good hands.”

We wish Peter Novotny all the best in his future endeavours!

Philipp Eisenring takes over

With the news of Peter Novotny’s departure, we have reorganised ourselves in order to remain well positioned for our growth plans in the coming years. Therefore, we have strengthened our technical expertise by recruiting new developers and at the same time sought and found a successor for Peter Novotny in the management team.

We are pleased that Philipp Eisenring is now joining us to help strengthen our Eturnity management team. With the founding and development of Ampard AG, whose energy management /IoT software is now used throughout Europe under the Peeeks brand, and his experience in various senior positions in the energy industry, including at ABB and Eneco (Netherlands), he is an ideal fit for Eturnity’s management team. For Philipp, advancing the energy transition is a matter that is close to his heart.

He is looking forward to his new job as Head of Product Development / CTO at Eturnity with enthusiasm:

“What I am particularly looking forward to is action!

For me, Eturnity is a jewel of the Swiss energy / startup scene: In my opinion, the product is perfectly positioned in a globally growing market – and with a mature product. I am very happy that I can bring my 100% commitment and experience to Eturnity to help us grow the most. We want delighted customers – with this team, it will happen.”

Welcome to Team Eturnity, we are looking forward to the next steps together!
